At Bright Curtain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Fabric products must show no signs of installation or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:
• Custom or made-to-order curtains and drapes
• Cut fabric or trimmed items
• Opened packaging of pillow covers and tablecloths
• Final sale items or clearance products
• Gift cards

Proof of Purchase
To process any return, we require a valid receipt or order confirmation.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. For exchange requests, email us at home@brightcurtain.shop and ship your item to:

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
